How much can an Ohio notary charge?
Up to $5 for any notarial act that is not an online notarization, or up to $30 for an online notarization — a notary charges one or the other for a given act, never both. For an online notarization the notary may also charge a technology fee of up to $10 per online session. Ohio notarial fees are not calculated on a per signature basis.
